Recommended 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for 2015 Ram 2500 with Factory Rail Kit Puck System
Question:
Pickup: 2015 Ram 2500 Mega Cab with puck system I’m looking at an Anderson hitch system but would prefer to use the rail vs clamping onto my gooseneck ball no tools would be needed to remove it. Does Reese or any other manufacturers make a rail system that utilizes my pucks? If so, can you please give me the item numbers? Thanks!

The Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # AM3200 is compatible with your 2015 Ram 2500 with puck system when using a rail adapter. For your truck, I recommend the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ram OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package # DM6099 or the Reese 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ram OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package # RP30154 for that adapter.
You may also want to consider adding the Bargman wiring harness # 50-97-410 to add a 2nd 7-way wiring connection to the bed of your truck. This will give you a clean connection and easy access.
