How to Raise Tandem Axles on a 2017 Sundance 269TS with Correct Track II Installed

Question:

I have a 2017 Sundance 269TS fifth wheel with Correct Track and Dexter 4400 lb axles. My tow vehicle is a 2017 Ford F250 4X4 with stock Ford suspension. The truck is much taller than my previous tow vehicle causing my 5th wheel to be substantially nose high during tow. What can I do to raise the 5th wheel trailer at the axles in order to have it tow level? I think I need at least 2 inches of axle raising.

The (discontinued) Lippert Components Correct Track II Alignment Kit 87220 that you have on your 2017 Sundance 269TS would have raised your trailer about 2" already. We do have the Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-384-00 for a 2-3/8" axle or part # K71-385-00 for a 3" axle which raises your trailer equivalent to the height of your axle plus the leaf spring stack.

This may be more than what you need so you can try adjusting your pin box and 5th wheel hitch to get the pitch of your trailer nose down, but you need at least 5" - 6" of clearance between your trailer and the sides of the bed on your 2017 Ford F-250. You can also try a combination of using the over-under kit as well as adjusting the height settings of your pin box and 5th wheel hitch as well.
