Replacement Wiring Harness for 2006 Jeep Commander With Factory 7-Way
Question:
My commander is the 4.7 V8 with the factory 7 way and the wiring harness for towing has one wire separated from the converter. What's the best way to replace it?

The best replacement wiring harness for your 2006 Jeep Commander with the factory 7-way is the Multi-Plug T-One Connector Assembly for 7-Way & 4 Pole Trailer Connector # 20135.
This connector will give you both a 7-way and a 4-way for your '06 Jeep Commander and includes a mounting bracket; it will simply plug into your factory-equipped vehicle end socket, as per the accompanying photo.
I have attached a link to a video review of this product for you to take a look at as well as a link to a help article on wiring which you may find useful.
