Does this bike rack support carbon fibre bike frames?

Usually when it comes to bikes with carbon fiber frames we steer away from racks that secure the bike by the frame and recommend platform style racks that attach to the wheel instead.
For a four bike platform bike rack that secures to the wheels instead of the frame I would recommend you get a Yakima Holdup 4 Bike Hitch Mounted Folding Rack # Y02443-2. I have included a link to the installation details for you.
