One of the videos shows a separate piece with a hose clamp attached to the top of the bracket. Is that included?

The Mounting Bracket and Installation Hardware - Pollak 7-Pole, RV-Style Trailer Connector - Vehicle End # PK12711U comes separate from the bracket you mentioned. For that piece, you will also want the no drill bracket # C57202 or # 18140 depending on the length desired.
