Camper Shell Ladder Rack Recommendation for 2018 Toyota Tacoma
Question:
Hello, I am a builder and need a rack for lumber and ladders. However, I want to put a cap on my truck also. It is a 2018 toyota tacoma. Can you help me find the best cap/rack combo? The little racks that are drilled right onto the top of a leer cap are not adequate for the weight of what I need to carry for cargo. Thank you for any help you can give me.

The highest capacity ladder rack we have for the top of a camper shell is the TracRac CapRack part # TH29200XT, but it sounds like you might more interested in a ladder rack that uses a track for the feet to install like the Yakima Hardtop part # Y01618 which comes with 60 inch crossbars, 54 inch tracks and has a capacity of 220 lbs.
