Trailer Running Lights Not Working on a 2012 Nissan Frontier
Question:
My 2012 nissan frontier has turn signal lights but no running lights -tail lights. I read I need another relay installed on the passenger side kick panels- do I install all 3 relays with the wiring harness or just the one relay?

If your 2012 Nissan Frontier has a 7-way trailer connector then you will need to use both blue relays as well as the brown relay. If you only have a 4-way trailer connector then you would only need to use one blue and one brown relay. If you do not have the relays then you can use part # C57000 to obtain them. It won't hurt anything to use both blue relays even if you only have a 4-way trailer connector.
If you have the factory tow package then the relays will need to be installed in the fuse box located under the hood next to the battery. If you do not have the tow package then the relays will need to be installed under the passengers side kick panel with a harness like the one included with part # C56225.
If the running lights still dont work after the relay install then it may be worthwhile to check under the hood of your truck in the fuse box next to the battery to see if both the # 32 and # 37 fuse's are still intact as they are associated with the trailer's lights.
