Is there a Specific Place for the 3031-P Ground Wire on a 2015 Toyota Tundra

Question:

Where do you place ground on 2015 Tundra with tow package. Your video and the harness you sent me are different. Plug in easy but good ground location is a problem.

It looks like you ordered wiring harness # 3031-P which is the correct one for your 2016 Toyota Tundra. But don't confuse it with the harness that comes in the brake controller packaging. The 3031-P harness should have a separate ground wire. That can be attached to any clean, bare metal surface that it will reach.

If the harness you received does not have a separate white ground wire then check the tag on it to see if it states what part number it is. Or you can take a picture of it and email it to me.
