I do have a solution for you but unfortunately the SportRack Semi-Custom Roof Rack # SR1010 that you referenced is not confirmed to fit your 2017 Toyota Camry.

For a similar looking system that does fit your 2017 Camry I recommend the Rhino-Rack 2500 Roof Rack. This includes the 49" Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA126B-2, 2500 Series Legs # RRRLKVA, and DK Fit Kit # DK321. It clamps to your vehicle frame just like the Sport Rack roof rack, comes with locks, and has a weight capacity of 130 lbs. This is actually a big step up from the entry level Sport Rack option when it comes to quality. Be sure to check your owner's manual for the roof weight capacity of your Camry as that could be the limiting factor.
