I walked out to our warehouse and measured the mounting holes of the Curt Pintle Hook Combo # C48200. The holes measured 9/16 inch in diameter, and the kit includes the necessary 9/16 inch bolts.
If you have the Titan Forged Pintle Hook Mounting Plate # RP45294, it will match up to attach to the Curt Pintle Hook Combo # C48200.
You will also need to use a 5/8 inch diameter pin like the Titan Trailer Hitch Pin and Clip, part # 37201065.
