The Reese Steadi-Flex Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control # RP66560 is what I recommend for your trailer with a 650 lb tongue weight. This system will work well with your loaded tongue weight as well as any cargo behind the rear axle of your 2015 F-150. This is the total tongue weight you need to account for with your system.
This weight distribution system has integrated sway control utilizing trunnion bars and friction material that is similar to automotive brake pads. This particular system is rated for 600-1200 lbs. total tongue weight, so it will work well with your trailer whether completely loaded to it maximum GVWR or completely empty. You will need a hitch ball like # A-90 for a 2 inch ball or # 19286 for a 2-5/16 inch diameter hitch ball.
