For your 2018 Land Rover Evoque with 245/45r20 tires, I recommend the Konig Standard Snow Tire Chains # TH01571250. These D-link chains have a diamond pattern for better traction and have built in rubber tensioners to keep the chains snug. The chains require just 16mm of clearance on the inside wheel well.
If you want the best tire chains that require no internal clearance, then I recommend the Konig Premium Self-Tensioning chains # TH02230K66. These chains attach to the lug nut of your tire and only fit onto the tread of your tire so there is no internal connection point. These chains are self-adjusting to provide tension for a perfect fit. They also have a quick release for fast removal.
If you want a very basic cable chain, then I recommend the Titan # TC729DC. This will come with the rubber adjusters needed and will give you good traction in light snow. They meet the requirements of tire chains to be legal where chains are required if that is what you are seeking. Let me know if you have further questions.
