Trailer Wiring Harness Recommendations for a 2015 Subaru Outback

Question:

I want to purchase a Tekonsha ZCI trailer light converter. While looking at the Tekonsha site it recommended model ZCI 119251 for my car. Your site offers the ZCI 119250, and tells me that it is not specifically for my Subaru Outback 2015. Will you be offering the ZCI 119251? Or is the ZCI 119250 equivalent? Thank you.

There is no difference between the components of 119251 and # 119250. The only difference is the packaging. The 119251 comes in some sort of box while the 119250 and # 119190KIT are in clear clamshell style packaging. You can use # 119250KIT if you want but there are plug and play wiring harnesses available for your 2015 Subaru Outback that will be a much easier and less expensive install. I recommend Tekonsha harness # 118467. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
