Yes, everything you selected will work great as a fifth wheel towing setup for your 2012 Toyota Tundra. The rail kit part # RP50084-58 is a confirmed fit for your 2012 Tundra. The hitch part # RP30047 will fit the rails and will work with the Sidewinder 5th Airborne part # RP61452 that you are ordering as well. This is needed to allow your short bed truck to make tight turns.

The P3 # 90195 is the best brake controller around and the correct install harness is the part # 3040-P so you are well on your way to having basically the nicest fifth wheel towing setup around!

The Sidewinder is pin box specific. So you'd need to verify (if you haven't already) that you have one of the following pin boxes:

Venture CJ20517, CJ13515 and CJ13517
Dexter pin boxes: 221-0033-00 and 221-0031-00

Only thing else you might want is the part # 41157 which allows you to easily install a 7-way into the bed of your truck to make connecting to the wiring of the trailer easier.
