I went out to our warehouse to take a look at the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch - 1,100 Pounds # DL15103 referenced in your question. I was able to take the measurements you are needing and have attached an image with these dimensions labeled that you can check out.

The mounting base on the winch measures 5 inches in length and 3-1/2 inches wide. The height of the winch, not including the handle, is 5-1/2 inches and with the handle it is 9-3/4 inches. The total length without the handle is 7 inches and I also measured a length of 9 inches with it.
