How to Use Curt Stabilizing Strap with Swagman 2+2 # S64FR Bike Rack

I recently installed a Curt hitch for my son and bought the bike rack stabilizing strap for his carrier. I have a Swagman 2+2 platform carrier and his strap wasn’t sure how the stabilizing strap should be installed since it didn’t seem long enough. Do you have any recommendations for my Curt hitch and Swagman platform carrier?

With platform bike racks like the Swagman 2+2 # S64FR that you referenced what you'd need to do is run the strap # 18050 to the center post of the bike rack. I attached a picture of a similar bike rack that points out where I am talking about.
