Can Thule Roof Cargo Basket be Locked to the Roof Rack
Question:
Are there any compatible locking brackets for this roof carrier? I have a Yakima Loadwarrior and was wondering if those locking brackets could be used on this? Thank you.

The LoadWarriers will not work, but I have good news. The Thule # TH859XT has a custom lock in the part # TH450400. These metal lock cores replace the plastic locks on the Roof Basket. These locks secure the cover to the hardware that attaches the rack to the crossbars so that the hardware cannot be accessed. These locks deter theft.
