I went out to our warehouse and measured the Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # C16034 for you. The distance between the two feet front to back is 13" on center and the distance between the two feet side to side is 30" on center. I have attached a diagram of these dimensions for you as well. This hitch is specifically designed to work with the factory puck system on Ford trucks from 2011-2018.
If you have any other questions about the Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch please let me know and I would be glad to assist.
