The only B&W trailer hitch receiver we have for your 2007 GMC Sierra New Body 1500 is the B&W Heavy-Duty Trailer Hitch Receiver part # BWHDRH25217. As long as you have the standard rear bumper and not the deep 10" drop bumper then this hitch will work well for you.
The B&W Heavy-Duty Trailer Hitch Receiver is a Class V hitch with a 2" receiver tube opening. It comes with all hardware and everything you will need for installation. I have attached an install video of this hitch on a similar 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 for you.
