4 and 7-Way Recommendation for 2003 Ford F-250 That Plugs Into Factory Wiring

Is there a 7 way with 4 blade combination that is compatible with OEM tow package? Plug and Play no splicing.

Your 2003 Ford F-250's 7-way trailer wiring uses a standard style of 7-way connector so we have the # HM40975 which will plug right into the round trailer wiring connector your truck has and will give you both a 4 and 7-way.
