Can Roadmaster 077-4 Dual Hitch Receiver be Used Upside Down When Flat Towing Vehicle
Question:
I wanted to confirm that the Roadmaster 077-4 Dual Hitch Receiver is OK to use attaching tow bar for flat towing of vehicle with either of the dual hitches? The tow bar can be attached for either a 2inch or 4inch ? Thanks

Yes, either the top or the bottom hitch opening on the Roadmaster adapter part # RM-077-4 can be used when flat towing a vehicle.
I attached a picture that shows it used "upside down."
