Can Fascia Door be Reinstalled After Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Installation on a 2017 GMC Acadia

when the hitch isnt used. can the facia door be put back on, so the hitch cant be seen.

The fascia door that is removed from a 2017 GMC Acadia to install the Draw-Tite trailer hitch reciver, part # 76023, can be reinstalled with the hitch in place. However, you need to trim a 1-1/2 by 3 inch cut out in the fascia door to do so.
I've attached a picture from the install details to show the cut out. The install details are also linked for you.
