Using the Reese Chain Hanger on a Weight Distribution System on a 2017 Jeep Wrangler
Question:
Hello I am curious about the bolt on options # RP58305 . Is it more difficult to hook up chains with these brackets than with the clap-on style?

Expert Reply:
Reese's Chain Hangers, part # RP58305 are designed specifically for replacing the standard chain brackets when there is a clearance issue for the regular brackets, such as when there is a tool box or propane tanks over the mounting location. Its no more difficult than the regular installation, once the hanger is bolted on.
