Gauge Wire Recommended for Powering Brake Controller and 12 Volt Accessory Circuit of 7-Way
Question:
I am installing a controller in a 1 ton Chevrolet van for a single axle trailer with 2 brakes. What gauge wire should I use for the brakes and the battery charge circuit? In the future, I may tow a 2 axle trailer with 4 brakes, but not anything larger.

You'd want to use 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 (sold by the foot) for powering the brake controller and for the 12 volt accessory circuit of the 7-way.
