I went out to the warehouse and pulled the Fulton # F44305R0317 A-Frame trailer coupler, and the center installation hole in the coupler is 2-1/4 inches inside diameter. The bolt holes around the hole are 3-1/8 inches on center at the back of the coupler and 3 inches from the back two bolt holes to the front bolt hole. See photo attached for clarification.
I also pulled two jacks that have 2-1/4 inch diameter outer tubes. The jacks installed easily on the Fulton coupler and the bolt holes line up perfectly. I provided a short video showing the coupler and how these jacks install on on it for you to review.
