Are Jack Mount Threads of A-Frame Trailer Coupler # CA-5210-B Fine or Coarse Thread
Question:
Found some 5/16inch bolts that I thought would fit, but they do not appear to want to thread. Is this a fine/course thread? Metric? Am I supposed to tap this myself? Confused.

The threaded bolt holes on the jack mount of the A-Frame trailer coupler part # CA-5210-B are coarse thread.
It's actually pretty interesting that the holes are threaded. Nearly every single jack mount like this is not threaded and is designed for nuts and bolts instead. I still think this would be the preferred method.
