When Installing Tail Light Diode System, Does the Brake Fuse Need to be Pulled
Question:
I ordered Tow bar wiring kit #38955 yesterday. Once this is installed, do I need to pull the brake fuse on the towed vehicle?

Once the Tail Light Isolating Diode System is installed, no fuses need be removed. Think of the diodes as sort of a gatekeeper, that will allow the current to travel only from the tow vehicle to the tail lights of the vehicle being towed, without any worry of back feeding.
