I looked up some specs on the Forest River Rockwood V 2715VS and found that it would have a tongue weight of around 1,100 lbs and it has a V-nose. Before I get into the best weight distribution system for your setup you should note that they all make some noise. I will try to point you towards one that isn't quite as noisy.
So for the system itself you'll want the Titan by Reese part # RP66006 which has a tongue weight range of 1,000 lbs to 1,700 lbs. You'll need a matching shank that fits your hitch. For that you'll want the part # RP54976. Then for a ball part # 63840.
Since you have a V-nose trailer you'll need brackets that bolt to the side of the trailer frame like the part # RP58305 which do not require clearance above the frame.
