Weight of Erickson Big Bed Junior Load Extender

is this thing heavy? I'm not the strongest little guy in the whole world and i know it needs to go in the 2 inch receiver

You shouldn't have much issue using the Erickson Big Bed Junior Load Extender # EM07605 as it weighs just 25.5 lbs. It will fit in a 2 inch hitch and that weight will be spread out over the length of the bar so you'll have plenty of leverage to get it installed. You can use anti-rattle hitch # 63232 to keep it locked in your hitch.
