The most popular trailer hitch for your 2017 Subaru Forester is # 75876. This is a Class III trailer hitch with a 2 inch receiver opening. If your bike rack fits a 2 inch hitch then this is a great option. If the rack only fits a 1-1/4 inch hitch opening then I recommend # 36523 which is a Class II hitch with a 1-1/4 inch receiver.
