That's an older part number but the Atwood gear box part # LG-179015 would be what you would need. This is a fit for Atwood Standard Duty, Heavy Duty, and Super Duty 5th Wheel Landing Gear which would include what you have.
The 12-volt replacement motor for the Atwood 75722 motor is part # LG-142178. Which it sounds like you don't need.
