Rise Adapter Recommendation for Class I Hitch for Additional Bike Rack Clearance
Question:
Will the adapter riser work on a class l Hitch. I just got the hitch on my 06 Chevy HHR and it seems our bike rack is going to be kind of low. The hitch is for a 1 1/4 inch receiver.

For a Class I hitch we have the Brophy adapter part # HT5R that would work well. It is designed for a Class I hitch and will give you a 5 inch rise for a bike rack to fit in as long as it has a 2 inch shank.
