We do have a wide variety of 15" trailer wheels that have a 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern that I have linked for you to filter through.

Most of these have a pilot hole with a diameter that is about 4.25" wide, but then we do have some options, like the Dexstar Conventional Steel Wheel # AM20514 with a smaller 3.65" diameter pilot hole. The pilot hole diameter of each wheel is listed on their product page.

If you aren't concerned with having a pilot hole that is the same diameter as what you have now then most of the other wheels, like the Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel # AM20535 with a 4.27" pilot hole, will work just fine.

Since most trailer wheels are lug-centric this means that the weight of the axle rests on the lugs and so the spindle doesn't have to be touching the pilot hole. You can tell that it is a lug-centric wheel if you slide the wheel on lugs and secure it with lug nuts.
