2018 F150 XLT WITH THE EXTRA TRAILER TOWING PACKAGE DOES PS30128 COME ALL THE PARTS TO INSTALL WITHOUT DRILLING ON THE BOTTOM FRAME or do I need custom bottom rail kit ?

The Pro Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Rails and Installation Kit # PS30128 comes with the universal base rail kit that will require drilling in the frame rails. If you want to get the custom brackets that will avoid this drilling into the frame, I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50087 which will include the brackets and hardware needed to work with the rails in that Pro Series kit.
