The Reese Elite rail kits are the same dimensions as the Ford factory fifth wheel rail kits, but the Chevy kits are totally different. They were actually designed by Curt.

What's interesting, and somewhat confusing, is that even between the short and long bed versions of the truck the Chevy rail kits are slightly different.

If you have a long bed truck 2016 Chevy Silverado you'd want the B and W Companion hitch part # BWRVK3700 which is a confirmed fit. If you have a short bed truck you'd then wan the part # BWRVK3770 which is a slider hitch to give you the needed turning clearance. Both of these Companion hitches are the nicest options around for your truck. B and W makes very reliable, easy to use, high quality fifth wheel hitches.
