Hello, I want to but the brake controller, but does it come with the wire harness for a 2009 Fleetwood Discovery 40g with a freight liner XC chassis?

The Tekonsha Primus IQ Trailer Brake Controller # TK90160 referenced in your question will work great on your 2009 Fleetwood Discovery RV. This is a really nice proportional controller that will activate the trailer brakes at the same time and with the same intensity that you apply to them in your RV.

If the Freightliner XC Series chassis has the pre-wired, factory tow package with a 7-Way connector, you will just need to add the Plug-In Adapter # 3027-P. This adapter will connect to the built-in port under the dash of your RV at one end and plug into the brake controller at the other end.
