Recommended Air Springs for Load Leveling on a 2018 Ram 1500

Air Bags are the best at load leveling and we do have confirmed fits for your 2018 Ram 1500 as long as you don't have the factory air suspension system. I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57365 which are compatible with in-bed hitches if you decide to add a gooseneck or 5th wheel hitch. These will not only level your ride, but will also reduce the strain on your OEM suspension and improve the overall quality and stability of your ride. This kit comes with individual valve stems that can be located wherever you desire to adjust the air pressure in your air springs. This kit does exclude Rebel editions.
You also may want to consider the Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL25856. This will connect directly to your air springs to allow you to gauge and control air pressure at any time. This is a nice option over the manual inflation valves especially if your load will change often. It gives you control from the comfort of your cab.
