Will Thule Roof Mounted Cargo Basket # TH859XT Fit a 2011 Nissan Pathfinder with Factory Cross Bars

Question:

ok well the distance from factory cross bars is 38 inches and on the specs of this roof rack it says maximum distance between cross bars should be 37 inches. the factory cross bars on pathfinder have fixed distances. so can you let me know if this will definitely fit the pathfinder.

You might want to check the roof rack section in the owners manual of your 2011 Nissan Pathfinders. We have a newer Pathfinder here that has a factory roof rack and the crossbars look like they are fixed, but they can be removed and adjusted into different holes on the side rails.

I also looked up a 2011 Nissan Pathfinder owners manual online and it also showed pictures and described how the factory crossbars can be adjusted or removed.

If your factory crossbars are adjustable you will be able to use the Thule Roof Mounted Cargo Basket, part # TH859XT. This rack fits crossbars that are spread anywhere between 20" and 37", so you are so close.
