Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 75686 only fits the 2009 to 2010 Ford Edge Sport so you will want to use # 75234 which does fit your 2015 Ford Edge Sport.
With hitch 75234 installed Hands-free Liftgate sensor areas may be limited to areas away from the center where hitch receiver opening is located. Because of slight variances in the positions of the sensors from vehicle to vehicle some people experience a little more limitations that others. It will work though. You just have to find the sweet spot!
If you plan on doing some towing I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
If the ball mount kit does not have the right rise or drop to tow the trailer level, use the link I have included that explains how to measure to choose a ball mount to tow the trailer level.
And for trailer wiring you can use Tekonsha wiring harness # 118677 to add a 4-Way flat connector to the rear of the vehicle. I have included links to videos showing example installations of the hitch and wiring for you.
