Recommended Time Delayed Brake Controller for 2010 Ford F-350 with Integrated Brake Controller
Question:
I need to replace my integrated trailer brake controller for my 2010 F350. I would like a time delay controller. I would also like a wiring adapter so I don’t need to rewire anything.

For a time delayed controller for your 2010 Ford F-350, I recommend the Tekonsha PowerTrac Electronic Brake Controller # 39523. You can use the Plug-In Wiring Adapter # 3034-P for this installation to make it easy and plug into the factory connector behind your vehicle's dashboard. To reach the connector, first locate the notch in the access panel in the center of the dash, near the passenger side. Using a trim panel puller, carefully pry the panel out and undo the locking tabs to remove the panel. You will find the mating connector behind this portion of your dashboard.
To use an aftermarket brake controller, you will need to have your TBC turned off by your local Ford dealer. I've attached an article to assist.
