I want to mount these hinges On the side door of my enclosed trailer what should I use to fasten then to the trailer and door ie what type of screw

The type of hardware you use to mount Over the Seal Hinge # PLR2512-AS depends on the surface material it will be mounted to. If the material is wood you would use wood screws. If it is metal then ideally you would want machine screws that are the same metal as the surface. This is to avoid galvanic corrosion.
Some surfaces may be metal or fiberglass but beneath that skin be made of wood or some other material. You would want to use hardware that is right for the material beneath the skin in that case.
