The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F2250 is a confirmed fit for your 2003 Chevy 2500 HD. Based on your photos, I do believe you have a lift on your truck, so you will need to use the Lift Spacers for Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Vehicles w/ 2" Lift # F2366.
If you want to add a compressor to give you adjustability at any time as well as the psi gauge, I recommend the Firestone Air Command I - Analog Gauge w/ Standard-Duty Compressor - Single Function - 130 psi # F2158. I've attached a video of this product to assist. If you don't want to add a compressor you can utilize the manual inflation valves that come with the air spring system, you will just miss out on the convenience and adjustability from the comfort of your cab.
