Will the Draw-Tite # 75699 work for a Front of my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

For a front hitch for your 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee you will want a CURT Front Hitch # C31033. I attached installation instructions for this product also.
The Draw-Tite # 75699 that you referenced is designed as a hitch for the rear of your vehicle and would not work on the front.
