Need a brake controller for 2018 Audi Q7. I am partial to the Tekonsha brand P2. What do I need to complete the connections?

The P2 part # 90885 is the way to go for your 2018 Audi Q7 because it is super reliable.
We can help point you in the right direction for the install wiring, but we do not carry the parts you'll need.
Additional wiring, from an authorized dealer, is necessary to correctly wire the brake control harness: (qty. 1) #1J0-972-782 housing and (qty. 2) #000-979-228 wire/terminal assemblies. Please see the Tech Bulletin.
