To determine if the Kat's Heaters Engine Oil Dipstick Heater # KH15200 will fit your 2000 Chevy Silverado you will need to measure your existing dipstick as well as the tube it slides down into since this item is not in a fit guide. The Kat's dipstick measures 24 inches long overall and fits in an opening that is 1/4 inch in diameter or larger. It needs to be submerged at least 5 inches into the oil. If you measure the length of your dipstick and the diameter of the opening and it meets the above criteria then you can use it.
