Helpful Expert Reply:
Both the 16K Reese 5th wheel hitch # RP30047 and the sister-brand Pro Series' 16K hitch are industry-standard types that will fit into any brand of standard 5th wheel base rail.
The Pro Series hitch head has a fore-to-aft tilt range of approximately +/- 20-degrees.
