We carry all sorts of parts for trailer suspensions, including U-bolts for both round and square axles of various dimensions. Our main pages for all trailer suspension parts and for U-bolt kits are linked.
We have complete u-bolt/plate kits for 2-inch square axles, part # CE23103 which has an inside width of 2-1/8-inches. Depending on how you measured your u-bolt this may be the kit you need.
We also sell u-bolts with hardware on their own, without plates, such as # CE15501A which is stainless steel and 4 x 2-1/8-inch.
If your leaf springs are broken they should be replaced; leaf springs are included on the linked page.
