For your 2008 Honda Accord, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch # C11496. This Class I hitch is confirmed to fit your Accord and will use existing holes in the vehicle's frame for a no-drill installation.
It looks like you might be wanting to use the trailer hitch to transport your bikes. When choosing a carrier, you will just want to make sure that it is compatible with a Class I, 1-1/4 inch hitch receiver. Also keep in mind that the most bikes a Class I hitch can safely support is 2.
For a compatible bike rack, I really like the Kuat Transfer 2 Bike Platform Rack # KU74FR. This is a great platform-style rack that will hold your bikes by the wheels with no frame contact. It can secure up to 2 bikes at 40 pounds each and features a foot pedal that will allow you to easily tilt the rack, with the bikes still loaded, for easy rear cargo access.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this carrier so you can get a closer look at all of its features. I have also attached a link that will take you to our available selection of Class I compatible bike racks that you can look through.
