When towing any trailer, you want the trailer to be as level as possible. What you will want to do is have your 2011 Raptor 400RBG Toy Hauler unhooked and on level ground. You will then want to measure from the ground to the bottom of the pin box. This will be the measurement from the ground to the top of the 5th wheel hitch you will use to adjust the 5th wheel hitch height. You may also want to have the hitch adjusted slightly higher than this measurement to accommodate for suspension sag when the pin weight is on the hitch.

You will also want to make sure that there is at least 6 inches of clearance from the top of your truck bed rails to the bottom of your trailer overhang.

The Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, part # RP30928, would be a good option for your 2011 Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab Long bed. For an installation kit, I would recommend the Reese Custom Install Kit, part # RP50066-58. A custom installation kit will cut the install time in almost half and reduce the amount of drilling you will need to do.
