Troubleshooting Falcon All-Terrain Tow Bar That Will Not Unlock
Question:
The serial number is 252745-20. Arms come out and lock in place but the lever to unlock them works intermittently at best. Some times not at all. I did purchase the Falcon 5250 repair kit from you awhile back but am just now getting around to installing it. However the picture on the instruction does not look like my tow bar. Yours has buttons, mine has levers. What is your suggested course of action? Thank you.

I contacted the manufacturer and consulted with their tech support on what you needed. To repair your tow bar, you will need the Roadmaster Autowlok Repair Kit, Item # RM-910003-50. If this is not the kit you have then you will need to return it and get the correct one. Instructions for installation are on the answer page.
Let me know if I can help you with anything else.
